Steve was born in the North East corner of India and grew up on a farm in South East Saskatchewan. He served as the Senior Pastor with the Yellowknife Church of Christ for 11 years and has been the Senior Pastor at the Oak Park Church of Christ in Calgary, Alberta since 2005. He has a Masters in Divinity from Canadian Theological Seminary, is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership program and a graduate Life Coach through the Newfield Network. Steve regularly coaches Pastors and Leaders across the country and is a frequent speaker at Conferences, churches and Camps throughout Canada. He is also an adjunct professor at Alberta Bible College.
Steve is passionate about helping people learn to love and lead on purpose. He is committed to making the world a better place through the power of faith, hope and love. He continues to be amazed that God loves him, that his wife Rebecca loves him, and that he has been given such fantastic children – sons Aiden and Jesse and daughters Sydney and Mareesa,
